As of August 8th 2016, all vaping related online retailers are now required by the FDA to verify vape purchaser's age or visitors to our site.  All online retailers are required to verify the purchaser is over 18 (or whatever the age is required in the state of residence) and requires we prove this with an online age check. We will be asking you to verify with documentations and cannot ship until we receive an age verification.  If you are a returned customer and have been verified, we can ship out the order immediately.  We will ask for by contacting you via email to verify before shipping the order. If you do not respond, or cannot verify we are required to cancel and refund the order. The entire process cannot last longer than 24 hours from your purchase time.

We make no exceptions on age verification on all products or any customers. We treat everyone and everything fairly.  Please know and understand that we must follow the law to stay in business.  If you do not verify age immediately, there may add a delay as our process must comply with FDA regulations.
